Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Salary: $60,000 - $72,000

Key Responsibilities for the Property Manager:

• 
  
• Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of residential properties
• 
  
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, transfers, move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration
• 
  
• Coordinate property inspections, maintenance activities, and unit turns
• 
  
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, providers, guardians, and vendors
• 
  
• Monitor vendor performance, work orders, property conditions, and compliance requirements
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within Yardi and other property management systems
• 
  

Qualifications for the Property Manager:

• 
  
• Required: Experience with and working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and practices
• 
  
• 3+ years of property management, housing operations, leasing/occupancy, or related experience
• 
  
• Experience coordinating maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred
• 
  
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally throughout the Columbus area
•
