Part-Time Property Manager

Location: The Charthouse – Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a stabilized residential property
• Ensure maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner
• Manage tenant relations and respond professionally to resident concerns
• Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and lease renewals
• Maintain property records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support occupancy goals through resident retention and customer service initiatives

Qualifications:

• Must have a Project Manager license in SC
• 3+ years of experience in property management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications preferred
