Salary: $70,000.00- $80,000.00

Key Responsibilities for the Property Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio, including Section 8 and LIHTC properties.
• Coordinate property inspections, compliance activities, and resolution of building violations.
• Manage property budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance in partnership with finance.
• Supervise maintenance and onsite staff, including scheduling, performance management, and operational support.
• Respond to resident concerns, oversee collections efforts, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Monitor vacancies, unit turnover, work orders, and leasing-related activities.

Qualifications for the Property Manager:

• High school diploma required.
• 2-4 years of residential property management experience.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• Knowledge of property inspections, housing compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• RAM, COS, LIHTC, or CMM certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire. Experience with Yardi Property Management Software preferred.
