Property Manager Overview

Forty2 LLC is a boutique property management firm hiring only the highest caliber Property

Manager talent with demonstrated ability to provide superior service, advantageously negotiate

terms, prioritize activities, convey a strong sense of fiduciary responsibility and provide

impeccable personal presentation. This candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Word and

Excel, and clearly demonstrate professionalism and leadership competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Required experience includes new construction lease up participation, favorable supervisory history, effective project plan execution and executive level reporting, plus annual budget preparation and performance.
• Oversee daily operations of the asset, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Ensure the asset is well maintained, clean, and compliant with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and legal regulations.
• Required experience includes new construction lease up participation, favorable supervisory history, effective project plan execution and executive level reporting, annual budget performance.
• Professional apparel and overall appearance and demeanor required.
• Onesite knowledge preferred.
