Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring efficiency and tenant satisfaction
- Manage leasing activities including marketing, showings, and lease execution
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting
- Enforce lease terms and handle tenant relations, including conflict resolution
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of property management experience preferred
