    Description

    Integra Staffing Inc. is hiring a Property Manager for an apartment community. This role leads day-to-day operations, drives occupancy, supports resident satisfaction, and manages the onsite team while ensuring the property meets performance and compliance goals.

    Pay: DOE

    Responsibilities
    • Oversee daily operations of the apartment community (leasing, maintenance coordination, resident relations)
    • Manage leasing performance: traffic, tours, follow-up, renewals, and closing
    • Handle resident concerns professionally and help resolve escalations
    • Coordinate with maintenance on work orders, turns/make-readies, and preventative maintenance
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and local/state regulations
    • Manage vendor relationships and approvals as needed
    • Monitor property curb appeal, safety, and overall site standards
    • Prepare and submit reports (occupancy, delinquency, renewals, notices, etc.)
    • Support hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of onsite staff (as applicable)
    • Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and follow notice/eviction processes per policy
    • Communicate clearly with residents and staff in English and Spanish
    Required Qualifications (Must Have)
    • Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
    • 2+ years experience as a Property Manager (apartment/multifamily)
    • Strong knowledge of leasing, renewals, resident relations, and operations
    • Experience working with property management software (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, AppFolio, etc.)
    • Comfortable with reporting, deadlines, and managing multiple priorities
    • Professional communication and customer service skills
    • Experience supervising onsite teams (leasing + maintenance)
    • Budgeting, P&L exposure, or ownership reporting experience
