Key Responsibilities

·        Manage day-to-day property operations

·        Serve as primary liaison between tenants, vendors, ownership, and leadership

·        Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance standards are met

·        Coordinate routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance activities

·        Lead maintenance personnel and vendor partners

·        Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance

·        Hold customer meetings and strengthen client relationships

·        Develop processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement

·        Recruit, train, and develop team members

·        Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

·     5+ years of Property Management, Facilities Management, or similar experience

·     Strong leadership and customer service skills

·     Budgeting and operational management experience

·     Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

·     Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·     Entrepreneurial mindset and accountability-driven approach
