Full-Time | $70,000-$75,000 Annually

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily property operations while maintaining high standards of resident service and operational efficiency.
- Manage annual and interim recertifications, EIV compliance, resident documentation, and affordable housing requirements.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, resident concerns, lease enforcement, and eviction processes when necessary.
- Manage property financial responsibilities, including invoices, budgets, reporting, and capital projects.
- Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners while resolving concerns professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Property Manager experience within affordable housing communities.
- Strong knowledge of HUD, Project-Based Section 8, and LIHTC/Tax Credit requirements.
- Hands-on EIV experience and understanding of annual and interim recertifications.
- Experience with budgeting, collections, inspections, audits, and property operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
