Property Manager - 1704284

RightWorks is hiring for Residential Property Managers in the DMV area! We are currently looking for PM's in Washington DC, Timonium MD, Reston VA, and Burke VA. It is required that all Property Managers have an active Real Estate License in the state covered. With 50+ years in business, our client offers a diverse, people-focused culture, expert leadership and operations teams, ongoing training, education, and employee development.

These are direct hire, permanent positions, comp ranging $60k-$70k base range with quarterly bonuses.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience and can manage a portfolio averaging 80 properties.

Additional duties:

• Account management, development, and process improvements
• Present PM services to cross-functional departments
• Marketing and advertisement services
• Close communication with agents, tenants, and property owners
• Coordinate showings, inspections, maintenance and other services
• Oversee applications, leases, compliance documents, funding, renewals, property recommendations

*PM's must be able to commute daily in personal vehicle

*Degree preferred, or equivalent experience and training

*Active Real Estate license, but cannot buy/sell properties while employed in this role (generating referrals is still acceptable)
