Hobby Lobby Stores is a privately held corporation that is looking for a qualified person to fill an opening in the Construction Department.
Responsibilities
- Audit and Process invoices associated with Campus Maintenance and Store Property Management.
- Log insurance certificates in software system.
- Setup new vendors in software system
- Follow up with fellow team members, contractors, vendors regarding requested paperwork.
- Additional Duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Education associated with Accounting practices in addition to 2+ Years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Construction / Building Maintenance practices (2+ Years).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office version 2013 or later.
- Extensive experience with Data Entry and Typing.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with team members at various levels of management.
