Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team.
Responsibilities
Carry out carpentry tasks such as door/window repairs, framing, and general interior maintenance.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair projects.
Perform basic painting tasks for building interiors and exteriors to uphold aesthetic standards.
Maintain and clean grounds
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance.
Must have a spotless background.
Proficiency in using hand tools, schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
Experience with maintenance painting and general building interior upkeep.
