Position Overview: HireCall is seeking a dependable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Tulsa. This role focuses on plumbing and electrical maintenance, ensuring units and property grounds are safe, functional, and move-in ready. A journeyman’s license is not required—practical, hands-on experience is what matters most.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements)
Diagnose and repair electrical systems (outlets, lighting, minor wiring)
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
Prepare vacant units for new residents (turns/make-readies)
Maintain tools, equipment, and service records
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift and move materials/equipment as needed
High School Diploma or GED preferred
