    We are seeking a reliable, skilled Property Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance and repair work across a portfolio of residential rental properties in central San Diego. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality repairs, and prefers consistent, long-term employment over gig-based contracting.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs including:
    o Drywall patching and painting
    o Minor plumbing (fixtures, leaks, clogs)
    o Minor electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
    o Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
    o Door, lock, cabinet, and hardware repairs
    • Unit turns between tenants
    • Preventative maintenance inspections
    • Coordinate access with tenants or property manager
    • Maintain clean, professional job sites
    • Identify issues early and recommend repairs
    • Track time and basic materials used

    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience
    • Strong working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
    • Own basic hand tools
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
    • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
    • Professional and respectful with tenants
