    Description

    We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and service-oriented professional to help maintain safe, clean, and well-functioning properties. In this role, you will support the day-to-day upkeep of buildings and grounds, respond to maintenance needs, and help ensure a positive experience for tenants, visitors, and team members.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs
    • Complete basic repairs and general upkeep tasks in a timely and professional manner
    • Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on urgency and safety
    • Assist with preventive maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime and repair costs
    • Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and facilities in clean and orderly condition
    • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or other team members as needed for specialized work
    • Document completed work, supply usage, and recurring issues accurately
    • Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with applicable policies and regulations
    • Report larger repair needs, hazards, or property concerns to the appropriate contact

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities support, or a related field is preferred
    • Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or general repair tasks
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine practical solutions
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
    • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
    • Good communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
    • Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing, bending, climbing, and moving equipment or materials

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience with preventive maintenance programs
    • Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance documentation
    • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
    • Experience working in residential, commercial, or multi-unit properties
