A knowledge of basic mechanical functions, operation of power tools, snow removal and lawn care are preferred. Experience in Carpentry, Plumbing and Residential Electrical are a plus. We are willing to train the right individual for these tasks. This is a full-time position with occasional overtime during peak periods.
