Job SummaryAs a successful FieldService Technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, a friendly outlook, common sense approach to performing property maintenance service in residential and commercial settings. A top-level Lead Service Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size.Typical services to be performed: van maintenance and resupply, duct cleaning, power washing, pipe jetting, alarm test and replacement, and more. Responsibilities 
  • Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
  • Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
  • Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins. 
  • Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Install and test new equipment.
  • Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
  • Provide technical training on new equipment installations.
  • Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
  • Complete job reports.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
