Job Summary
We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative – Pet Insurance to handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers across the U.S. This role focuses on educating customers, recommending pet insurance solutions, driving sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries.
Educate customers on pet insurance coverage, benefits, and policy options.
Recommend and sell appropriate pet insurance products.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive experience.
Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently.
