    Description


    We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator to support a commercial property management team in The Woodlands. This position will assist with day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, accounting functions, and administrative support.
    Responsibilities
    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor follow-up, tenant billings, rent statements, and outstanding balances.
    • Assist with month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, financial reports, and annual budgets.
    • Serve as a point of contact for tenant communications, requests, and work orders.
    • Coordinate with property management and building engineering teams to address tenant and facility needs.
    • Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants and contractors.
    • Assist with contract preparation, tracking, and vendor documentation.
    • Utilize property management and work-order systems such as MRI and Angus.
    • Work with Coupa for AP/vendor processes.
    • Review lease information and assist with lease-related administration.
    • Provide general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, mailings, and special projects.
    Qualifications
    • 2–5 years of commercial real estate/property management experience preferred.
    • 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
    • Experience with AP/AR, month-end close, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    • Working knowledge of commercial lease documents.
    • Strong Excel and administrative skills.
    • MRI, Angus, and/or Coupa experience preferred.
    • Strong communication, organization, and tenant/customer service skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced property management environment.
