About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a Property Administrator to join our Denver, Colorado regional office. The Property Administrator is primarily responsible for supporting the Denver Property Managers and assisting team members with the administrative operations of retail shopping center properties in the area.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist with daily operations (i.e. prepare correspondence, memos, documents, and reports; resolve routine inquiries; maintain department databases).Provide support in the fiscal management of the properties in assigned area (i.e. maintenance of A/R and A/P, operating expense control, and assistance in preparing budgets as well as monthly and annual financial reports).Provide support in the management of properties' physical performance (i.e. filing or related tasks such as inspections, signage approval, soliciting bids, etc.).Assist in maintaining good relations with tenants and vendors.Provide support for tenant transitions such as managing utilities transfers, security deposit collection, insurance compliance, gathering sales reports, Versapay set up, etc.Work on special projects/ongoing initiatives according to current needs.Invoice coding
Understanding the PO process & request missing POs to be createdProvide Tenant(s) with manual billing invoice backup
Create Contracts (CAPS, routine maintenance, white box/landlord work)Responsible for the coordination of Fire Life Safety services (inspections, deficiencies etc.)Process utility change formsMaintain tenant contact, service contract and utility spreadsheetsProvide other administrative support as needed.
Are You Qualified?Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldAt least one (1) year of related experience in a professional office environmentQuantitative and analytical skills, along with a strong attention to detailIntermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Office software, email and Internet research functionalityAbility to quickly learn and use new programs (software such as Nexus, Yardi, JD Edwards, Engie, etc.)Ability to occasionally travel to shopping center properties within the portfolio
Preferred:
Some undergraduate real estate courses or experience in property administration, ideally for retail properties, a plusPrior related experience in the commercial real estate industry, legal field, or related fieldWorking knowledge of Yardi, JD Edwards or other accounting software
