We are partnering with a well-established organization in the Columbus area seeking a Property Administrator to support a busy commercial property management team. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers the chance to gain valuable industry experience while contributing to the day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional administrative support to both internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to a commercial property management team
Assist with lease administration, document management, and tracking key property information
Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding day-to-day property matters
Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records, contracts, and property documentation
Support special projects and help ensure smooth office and property operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within commercial real estate, property management, or a related industry
Accounts payable or invoice processing experience is highly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel (formulas, formatting, and data editing)
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
