    Property Administrator

     

    OVERVIEW

    Our client is seeking a Property Administrator to provide administrative support for property management operations. This role focuses on general administrative tasks, record maintenance, and supporting day-to-day property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management across assigned properties.

    The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting the property management team.


    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Post rents and maintain tenant accounts accurately.

    • Enter invoices and track expenses.

    • Prepare balance due notices and other tenant communications.

    • Maintain accurate records and documentation for properties.

    • Support bookkeeping and accounting functions as needed.

    • Assist with vendor coordination and other administrative tasks.

    • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.


    WHAT IT TAKES

    • 2–5 years of experience in property management or administrative support.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    • Familiarity with affordable housing or multi-family property administration is a plus.
