Key Responsibilities for the Property Accounting Specialist:
• Provide daily accounting support to commercial tenants and onsite property teams.
• Manage tenant ledgers, including payments, charges, adjustments, and account research.
• Enter and maintain rent, CAM, and additional tenant charge schedules in Entrata.
• Coordinate monthly ACH payments with Property Accountants.
• Support tenant account maintenance, reporting, and issue resolution.
Qualifications for the Property Accounting Specialist:
• 2-3+ years of administrative, accounting, data entry, or data analysis experience.
• Experience working in a professional, customer-facing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately.
• Property management or commercial real estate experience is a plus.
