Property Accountant $70,000 - $85,000 per year | Los Angeles, CA | On‑Site | PermanentFull medical benefits, 4 weeks PTO, 401(k) and matching, eligible yearly bonuses.Comprehensive property management solutions provider specializing in affordable and workforce housing nationwide.Responsibilities Preparing monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements, balance sheet, and profit & loss for the portfolio.Coding invoices and expense reports to the General Ledger.Billing properties accurately and timely.Handling payroll allocations efficiently and accurately.Processing accounts payable.Preparing Sales & Use Tax returns.Participating in the annual budget process, providing insights and analysis.Leveraging proficiency in MS Excel to manage and analyze data effectively.Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Accounting or related field.Proven experience in preparing monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements, balance sheet, and profit & loss for a portfolio.Experience coding invoices and expense reports to the GL.Experience billing properties and payroll allocations.Proficiency in accounts payable processing.Experience preparing Sales & Use Tax returns.Familiarity with the annual budget process.High proficiency in MS Excel.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Join us and be a part of a team that values hard work, innovation, and integrity.
