We are seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate accounting and will be responsible for managing the financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close for a portfolio of commercial properties.Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedulesPerform bank and balance sheet reconciliationsComplete month-end and year-end closing activitiesPrepare journal entries and maintain the general ledgerAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit requestsEnsure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policiesAdditional responsibilities as neededRequirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of commercial real estate property accounting experience (required)Commercial real estate experience is required.
