Overview

Play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and ensuring tenant billing integrity. As a Property Accountant, you will partner closely with property management and accounting leadership on a collaborative team and enjoy spectacular offices, flexibility, and potential to grow your career.
What you'll do
- Review, track, and enter lease-related updates into financial and operational systems
- Manage revenue and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate tenant billing and collections
- Lead CAM (Common Area Maintenance) budgeting and reconciliation in partnership with property management
- Reconcile property-level general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and analysis
- Support ongoing property accounting projects and process improvements

Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in property accounting or real estate accounting preferred
- Experience with Yardi
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
