Property Accountant
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Location: Cumberland, GA

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned properties as a Property Accountant
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger activity
- Complete account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances
- Utilize RealPage for accounting, reporting, and property financial management
- Support audit requests and respond to financial inquiries
- Assist with special projects and additional accounting initiatives expected of a Property Accountant
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Property accounting or real estate accounting experience required
- Must have experience with RealPage
- Experience working with accounting and property management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience as a Property Accountant is highly preferred
