Requirements:
- 3 plus year in the Customer Service / Service Department background
- A valid Driver's License
- Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships
- Excellent computer, written oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able and willing to work flexible hours as needed
Responsibility + Expectations
Schedule Service Techs for their Service Areas
- Efficiently Schedule Techs
- Prioritize customers service requirements
- Dispatch daily workorders for Technicians
- Schedule & document Annual Pump Station Inspections
- Schedule & document Annual cathodic protection test on Leased UG tanks
Daily work
- Post the daily work orders for All Service Techs
- Post Daily/Weekly receipts from Hanover Fill Station
- Daily/Weekly Banking deposits
- Update Angus monitors as installed or reset by service techs
- Maintain the LP Tank Set Schedule & Calendar for Customer Care utilization
- Respond to S1 Tickets within 24-hrs
- Enter Purchase Orders for service parts
- Receive Service Parts into Inventory
- Update Parts Inventories as needed
- Review & Code invoices from vendors
- Call all scheduled customers prior to scheduled workday
- Work with Customer Care & Commercial Sales Reps to coordinate work orders
- Communicate with customers to resolve problems & concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
- Review "Overall LP Tank Maintenance Report" for billing discrepancies
- Complete other duties or projects as assigned by Propane Service Manager or Director of Propane
Administrative Tasks
- Sort mail
- Order office supplies
- Upload leak checks, lease agreements, and forms to customer accounts
- Pull lease agreements for Customer Service
