AGRILAND FS is looking for a dependable, customer-focused professional to join our energy team. In this role, you''ll safely deliver propane and provide outstanding service to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers throughout the local area. You''ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting energy operations, and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver propane to agricultural, residential, and commercial customers while following all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting propane products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
- Process customer payments and assist with credit-related activities as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily energy operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive, productive work environment and achieve operational goals.
- Assist with inventory management and contribute to maintaining a safe, organized facility.
What we need from you:
- Prefer a Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements / Company can assist if you have the ability to get the license
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- good math and problem solving skills
