The Music Department in the College and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Virginia seeks a collaborative, creative, and organized communications professional to strengthen its visibility and connect audiences with its programs, events, and opportunities. This position manages departmental marketing and communications, ensuring a coordinated and consistent approach to engaging students, faculty, staff, and the broader community.

Once clear workflows and systems are established with demonstrated success in the Music department, the Promotions Coordinator role may expand to include a broader portfolio across the Arts.

You also provide clear direction and constructive feedback to student and part-time workers.
