Promotions Analyst

IDR is seeking a Promotions Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role supports a large, industry-leading retail organization’s digital promotions across web and mobile channels, helping ensure customers receive accurate offers and discounts. The Promotions Analyst will work closely with internal teams to validate, configure, and monitor promotional setups to drive a strong online shopping experience.

Position Overview for the Promotions Analyst

• Validate digital promotions (e.g., coupon codes, BOGO offers, shipping discounts) across the website and mobile app on a recurring basis
• Assist with promotion configuration and setup within an internal promotions system
• Review and verify promotional details such as pricing, offer rules, product eligibility, and effective dates
• Maintain and analyze large volumes of promotional data using spreadsheets and related tools to ensure accuracy
• Communicate findings, issues, and needed changes to ensure promotions are enabled correctly and performing as intended

Requirements for the Promotions Analyst :

• Experience supporting promotions in a digital environment (website and/or mobile app) or strong retail experience with promotion execution
• Proficiency working with large data sets, including promotional data, product information, pricing, and offer details
• Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort managing detailed, rule-based information accurately
• Ability to validate promotions end-to-end, identify discrepancies, and document outcomes clearly
• Ability to work onsite three days per week throughout the assignment
