Promotional Marketing Assistant - Entry-Level

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Assistants.

This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in developing experience in marketing, advertising, customer service, public relations, promotions, and business operations. Employees receive hands-on training and coaching while learning the responsibilities of the position.

As employees gain experience and demonstrate proficiency, they may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities

The Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Assistant will support customer-facing marketing and promotional activities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Representing clients and their products or services at designated retail locations and promotional events
• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering customer questions and providing accurate product or service information
• Supporting promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
• Assisting with marketing and advertising initiatives
• Following established client and company procedures
• Participating in product and service training
• Supporting event preparation and promotional displays when needed
• Communicating customer feedback and questions to management
• Working with team members to meet daily and weekly objectives
• Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Taking on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Training & Development

New employees receive hands-on training in areas such as:

• Marketing and promotional activities
• Customer service
• Product and service knowledge
• Professional communication
• Public relations
• Sales fundamentals
• Event operations
• Teamwork and leadership

Training is provided throughout employment. Employees who demonstrate proficiency and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities may be considered for future leadership opportunities and participation in the company's management development program.
