As a key member of the Promotions Team, you will help execute high-energy events, connect with customers, and contribute to client growth across the regional market.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing promotional marketing events and campaigns
Support event setup, visual merchandising, and inventory tracking
Engage with customers to drive brand awareness and sales conversions
Track and report event performance and sales results
Coordinate event schedules, logistics, and timelines
Represent client brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Help train and guide new team members and interns
Qualifications
Interest in marketing, promotions, sales, or retail environments
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for extended periods during events and retail activations
