GH Construction is looking to expand with a Projects Manager position.  In this position, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating subcontractors based on a project schedule, managing carpenters on the job and jumping in to help with some final details if needed. We take care of our clients with as little as hanging a picture to adding 1200 sqft to home. This is a high energy multitasking position that is an important part of our company growth. You will be required to be detailed oriented and efficient with your own time and those around you.

GH Construction a residential construction company that focuses on the client first.  We build custom remodels, additions, new homes.

Requirements for the position are as follows:
  • Honest, Dependable and punctual.
  • Strong Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to plan work in advance, meet project deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the residential construction remodeling industry (within the last 10 years).
  • knowledge of all phases in residential construction (Framing, Siding, Finish work, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, etc.)
  • Must be able to multitask and work efficiently.
  • Delegate tasks to optimize performance
  • Lead 4-5 crew members daily
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Self-starter and understands how to keep projects moving.
  • Proficient at problem solving and thinking on your feet
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and building plans.
  • Must have a clean valid driver's license.
  • Able to pass a background and drug test.
  • Willing to work 40 hrs./week, more if needed.

Other Details:
  • All positions are offered on a 90 day trial basis with a 30 & 60 Day evaluation.
  • Compensation depends upon experience.
  • Benefits start after 90 days and include: Company vehicle, fuel card, vacation plan, company cell phone, health coverage
