    Project Team Leader (Full Time, Florida)

    We're looking for a Project Team Leader to lead drafting teams and oversee project execution across a diverse portfolio of multifamily residential and commercial building projects based in Florida.

    This is a full-time remote opportunity, ideal for a professional with strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through construction documentation in a fast-paced environment.

    What you'll do:

    • Lead and coordinate drafting teams across multifamily residential and commercial building projects, including condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial building typologies.

    • Manage project planning, task assignments, timelines, and team workload to ensure successful project delivery.

    • Oversee 3D modeling and documentation production during the Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) phases.

    • Lead the preparation of CD drawing sets, including floor plans, elevations, and sections throughout the SD and DD phases.

    • Review, coordinate, and pick up redlines during the SD and CD phases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

    • Prepare complete Permit Sets for submission to local authorities and Construction Document (CD) packages for General Contractors during the CD phase.

    • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks while implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

    • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress, deliverables, and deadlines.

    • Maintain organized project documentation, workflows, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the project team, facilitating clear communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

    • Promote quality assurance and continuous improvement by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and productivity across all project deliverables.

    What you must have:

    • 10+ years of experience in project management, team leadership, or project coordination within the AEC industry.

    • Proven experience leading projects across multifamily residential and a wide variety of commercial building types, including condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial developments. 

    • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.

    • Hands-on experience working with concrete, wood framing, and steel framing construction systems.

    • Strong project management, task management, and team leadership skills.

    • Solid risk management capabilities with the ability to anticipate issues and drive proactive solutions.

    • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to align multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

    • Advanced English proficiency.

    • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

    • Comprehensive understanding of the architectural project lifecycle, from Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Documents (CD).

    • Ability to work remotely while effectively leading distributed teams.
