Position Summary: Project Support Specialists are members of a collaborative team within TRI that provides services, resources, and supports Oregon's early learning system. TRI's work in early learning and/or youth development is meaningful, impactful, and carried out at the state level, requiring specialized knowledge and skills, as well as the ability to navigate change, emergent needs, and the expectations of systems -level work. A key part of this position is the ability to use technology effectively, learn new technology systems, and adapt to new tools, processes, and emerging operational needs. Project Support Specialists are expected to contribute to creative problem solving and continuous systems improvement as part of a team. Project Support Specialists use culturally responsive, innovative best practices across a variety of duties, including program and process development, systems collaboration, change and alignment, program assessment and observation, system communications, leadership and facilitation, training and technical assistance, and other project support functions. Required Qualifications: Please ensure your application materials clearly demonstrate how you meet the following: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Demonstrated 1- 3 years of proficiency using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Zoom, and other workplace applications. 1-3 years of customer service experience, including answering phone calls and emails, assisting the public, resolving customer inquiries, and de -escalating challenging interactions with professionalism. Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in documentation, data entry, and daily tasks. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and emergent needs. Strong problem -solving and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to analyze situations and implement effective solutions. Able to take direction, work independently, and complete assignments with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality.
