Job Description
To clean and sanitize shoe scrubber stations throughout the facility and apply granulated sanitizer. This position works with the QA Sanitation department.

WHAT YOU LL DO:

• Clean and sanitize shoe scrubber stations.
• Ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned using approved cleaning and sanitizing processes.
• Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment and facility areas according to job standards.
• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment and facilities.
• Operate specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, etc., to perform job functions.
• Prevent cross-contamination of products, work-in-progress materials, food contact surfaces, and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures.
• Follow all company Sanitation SOPs for cleaning equipment and facilities.
• Remove trash/garbage from the facility; mop as needed; clean floor drains and exterior areas requiring attention.
• Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation.
• Wash and maintain cleaning carts and tools.
• Maintain all sanitation-related equipment, including automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, cleaning equipment, and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the sanitation supervisor.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked, available, and organized.
• May be asked to work in other areas as needed if properly trained.
• Maintain compliance with required standards, including FDA, OSHA, and company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU LL BRING
Required:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred:

• Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of manufacturing GMP.

Shift:
This is a 12-hour Day shift position from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or a 12-hour Night shift position from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The schedule allows you to have every other weekend off.
