• Coordinate project change-order management, creation, and negotiation • Conduct and document weekly project owner’s meetings/decisions • Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination • Assist the project team with closeout of the project • Assist the accountant with monthly subcontractor billings and pay applicationsThis is a greenfield to turn-key project, so prior experience with similar projects is highly desired. Strong knowledge of the local commercial construction environment (vendors, labor pool, permitting, etc.) is a must. In addition to field responsibilities, this position must represent SFV Services in a professional manner when dealing with site personnel and the project owner.Requirements:• 5-50 years in commercial construction (work in residential or civil/mega scale is not applicable to this role)• 5+ years as a site Superintendent, Site Project Manager, or on-site Owners Representative with prior construction management experience• Greenfield to turn-key experience• People and Project Management skills• Strong computer skills• Exceptional experience meeting budget and schedules• The ability to anticipate and deal with unexpected blockages with grace and dignityThe anticipated schedule for this project is 9 months, with follow-up projects for this same customer in additional locations for the right candidate. These follow-on projects will involve travel. Compensation: This role is budgeted at $2,500 weekly (non-negotiable) and includes full SFV Services benefits.
