Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality work. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders. Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Oversee inspections and ensure all work meets industry standards. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to achieve goals. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow. Enforce safety protocols and foster a strong safety-first culture. Implement and maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction. Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and costs. Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination. Ability to manage subcontractors and lead field teams effectively. Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards. Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
