Description
* Lead field operations across 3-4 active renovation projects simultaneously
* Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily site activities
* Enforce OSHA 30 safety standards and company safety practices
* Utilize Procore and scheduling software to manage project performance
Profile
* 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
* Experience managing projects ranging from $1M-$10M
* Proficiency with scheduling software and construction technology
* OSHA 30 certification required
* Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or commercial projects preferred
Job Offer
Salary: $95,000-$130,000 base plus benefits
