Project Specialist

The project specialist will create detailed schedule reports; be responsible for verifying and checking data before loading it into the system, troubleshoot data discrepancies and create support and process documentation. The specialist will report directly to the project manager and work closely with other business analysts in a team environment to complete assigned tasks.

The project specialist will create detailed schedule reports; be responsible for verifying and checking data before loading it into the system, troubleshoot data discrepancies and create support and process documentation. The specialist will report directly to the project manager and work closely with other business analysts in a team environment to complete assigned tasks. The project specialist may also work support tickets as assigned for data and application support. Possess the ability to communicate both written and orally effectively and concisely with internal and external customers, as well as vendor resources. The analyst must have an eye to detail, focus on quality, and demonstrate an ability to garner additional information in conversations with customers and reading documentation. The successful candidate must have working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Visio. Identify process improvements for processing data and ensuring quality data. Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
