Job Description:
  • Create and maintain detailed schedule reports.
  • Verify and validate data before loading it into the system.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Create and maintain support documentation and process documentation.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Business Analysts to complete assigned projects and tasks.
  • Provide data and application support as assigned, including working support tickets.
  • Communicate effectively and concisely with internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendor resources as needed.
  • Gather additional information through customer conversations and review of existing documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements related to data processing and data quality.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout assigned processes.
  • Support project-related data and application activities in a team environment.
 
Qualifications / Required Skills:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Experience with data verification, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow process and technical documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and vendor resources.
  • Ability to gather and interpret information from conversations and documentation.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Experience with data/application support or support ticket management is preferred.
