Project Specialist

Location: Marlborough, MA

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid 2 days onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Pay Rate: $32.00 $39.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Schedule: Days (First Shift), 40 hours per week

Job Summary

The Project Specialist (Building Controls Specialist) provides day-to-day project coordination and technical support for Building Management System (BMS) projects. This role supports issue triage and resolution, project implementation activities, and the identification and management of New Store BMS deficiencies and standards to ensure consistent, compliant, and successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and implementation tasks.
  • Triage project issues and support timely resolution.
  • Support BMS deployments, upgrades, commissioning, and system enhancements.
  • Identify, document, track, and support resolution of New Store BMS deficiencies.
  • Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of BMS standards for new store construction and upgrade projects.
  • Assist with field validation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with established BMS standards and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to address deficiencies and support corrective actions.
  • Maintain project documentation, issue logs, and status updates.
  • Provide technical and operational support to the Field Engineer Building Controls Supervisor and Field Engineering Project Manager as needed.
