Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of client events, tradeshows, technical seminars and other activities, including drafting event proposals, vendor management, material preparation, exhibit logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event performance review, to ensure the high-quality delivery of projects.
Take the lead in coordinating internal departments (e.g., sales, technical departments) and external partners (e.g., vendors, media) to ensure efficient connection and smooth progress of events.
Establish and optimize event execution processes and standards, summarize event experience, continuously refine event plans, and improve the quality and effectiveness of activities.
Collect industry event information to provide data support for departmental decision-making.
Responsible for drafting and translating English materials related to events, with the ability to communicate fluently in English with overseas subsidiaries.
Fulfill other marketing-related tasks assigned by the department.
