We are seeking a full-time Project Scheduler. This person will be responsible for creating and maintaining full cycle Program integrated master schedules from inception through completing design, analysis, production, and test tasks as they relate to Hall-effect Thrusters, propellant flow control systems, and pressure management systems. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Building and maintaining the individual Project IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) complete with detailed logic, realistic dates, baselined, percent complete, and resource loaded
  • Working with PMs to establish the baseline schedule based on the proposal, SOW, and contract using the IMS template
  • Tracking status of all tasks and updating the baseline IMS with actuals and deviations.
  • Providing schedule metric data, risks, forecasts, critical path analysis, and schedule EVMS data to PMs/PMO.
  • Working with production teams to establish realistic durations and timelines and dependencies for AIT/production tasks
  • Maintaining the Master Production Schedule in Smartsheet and keeping the reports and dashboards updated to guide production teams
  • Track Pre-Production tasks and timelines with the PM and Engineers
  • Using Scrum/Agile methodology experience and ability to iterate program sprints

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Preferred prior experience with
    • MS Project – Program IMS
    • Smartsheet – Master Production Schedule, accompanying reports and dashboards for production scheduling.
    • Jira – Pre-production tasking for engineering, design, electrical, thermal, stress, and propulsion teams.
    • Epsilon – MES, not for scheduling but we use this to look up status of manufacturing orders and serial numbers.
    • Costpoint - MRP, not for scheduling but we use this to verify manufacturing order numbers and release status as well as material quantities.
    • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Agile Scrum experience
  • Ability to multi task and lead small teams through challenging space product development

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. 

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $104,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
