Project/Program Manager - Non IT II
Florence, SC
Contract
Hours:  8 AM - 4 PM 
Pay Range: $57.21 - $63.56/Hr


Education/Experience:  Project/Program Manager - Non IT II
• Bachelor's degree in engineering 
• PMP or PMI certification.
• 3-5 years of experience

Must have:  Project/Program Manager - Non IT II
• Engineering degree
• Experience in leading a team of multiple functional areas (Engineering, Manufacturing, • Supply Chain, etc….)
• Experience in managing product development projects, covering all phases from requirements definition, design & test, industrialization, and delivery.
• PMP certification and PM tools such as MS Project.

Skills:  Project/Program Manager - Non IT II
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities.
• Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Extensive familiarity with management and implementation of business strategy within a program's framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate organizational change effectively.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the program's scope.

Job Responsibilities:  Project/Program Manager - Non IT II
• Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program.
• Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams.
• Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations.

Nice to Have: Project/Program Manager - Non IT II
•Experience in a large commercial product is preferred.
