Project/Program Manager (Non-IT) 3 | Mossville, IL | Onsite
Location: Mossville, IL
Schedule: Full-time, onsite (5 days/week)
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay: $48 - $52/hr
We're seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager for a 12-month onsite opportunity in Mossville, IL. This role will support complex engineering and business initiatives through project planning, coordination, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage non-IT projects from planning through execution
- Maintain project plans using Microsoft Project and/or Azure DevOps
- Facilitate project meetings, daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status updates
- Track action items, remove roadblocks, and drive project deliverables to completion
- Support both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Partner with project leads, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Present project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership
- Assist with resource planning, project documentation, and performance tracking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5-7 years of project management experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating projects in engineering, manufacturing, R&D, or related environments
- Strong meeting facilitation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and influence teams without direct authority
- Scrum Master or PMP certification preferred
