Job Summary:
The primary responsibility is to manage end-to-end execution of conveyor retrofit deployments across ~12 sites by coordinating vendors, engineering teams, and onsite stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Vendor deployment is aligned with timelines and quality standards
  • Engineering milestones are met (installation, testing, validation)
  • Cross-functional coordination with RME, Operations, and Engineering teams
  • Real-time issue resolution in a live operational environment
  • The role is highly execution-focused, requiring frequent travel, hands-on oversight, and flexibility (including evening work windows).
Key Skill Areas:
  • Strong Program/Project Management (multi-site coordination, milestone tracking)
  • Technical/Engineering understanding (mechanical/electrical systems, conveyors)
  • Networking/testing knowledge (system validation during deployment)
  • Vendor management & stakeholder communication in operational environments
Ideal Candidate Background:
  • 6+ years in program/project management
  • Experience in engineering environments (industrial, mechanical, electrical)
  • Exposure to retrofits, automation systems, or live site deployments
  • Familiarity with material handling systems (conveyors, warehouse automation) is highly preferred
