Job Description:
- This position is responsible for orchestrating the successful execution of Last Mile Retrofits, Expansions, Initiatives (REI).
- The individual in this role will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and strategic thinking while managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- The role demands someone who can navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions under pressure, and drive results through effective team leadership and resource management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of project and program execution to ensure timely and successful completion
- Establish realistic deadlines and milestones while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills, capacity, and project requirements
- Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks or roadblocks before they impact delivery
- Track and summarize project status, metrics, and key performance indicators for stakeholder communication
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership detailing project status, challenges, and outcomes
- Lead and direct the work of team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and departments
- Manage project scope, budget, and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
- Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project delivery processes
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of Project / Program Management
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project planning and execution methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification and or related experience is a nice to have
- 2+ years of running end to end projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:
- 2+ years of running end to end projects- messy projects they have worked on, not small projects.
- PMP is preferred (not a requirement), Excel, six sigma.
- Proficient in project planning and execution methodologies.
