Payrate: $51.00 - $53.00/hr.
 
Summary:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with strong commercial project experience to support complex projects from initial order entry through completion and customer sign-off. The ideal candidate will have experience working with change orders, scope management, project schedules, budgets, milestones, and customer-facing stakeholders.
This is a coordination-focused role for someone who understands the commercial side of project execution and can keep customers, internal teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables aligned.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate projects from order entry through final sign-off.
  • Manage and track project scope, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Review and coordinate change orders, ensuring scope changes are documented, communicated, and properly routed for approval.
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify project requirements and scope.
  • Coordinate project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Track project budgets, costs, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Identify schedule, scope, or cost issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure required approvals are completed.
  • Partner with sales, operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and other internal teams as needed.
  • Provide regular project status updates to customers, project teams, and management.
  • Help resolve project issues, conflicts, and customer concerns.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed commercial terms, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 5–7+ years of project coordination, commercial project management, or related experience.
  • Experience working with change orders and scope changes.
  • Strong understanding of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project budgets, cost tracking, or commercial project administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with contracts, statements of work (SOWs), pricing, quotations, or purchase orders.
  • Experience managing commercial/customer-driven changes to projects.
  • Experience with escalation management.
  • Exposure to resource planning and project forecasting.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, construction, engineering, technology, equipment, or other project-based environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, and field installation processes
  • Understanding of electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
  • PMP certification or formal project management certification
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience managing large capital equipment or customer-specific engineered products
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $51.00 - $53.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
