The Project / Process Manager - is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and localization projects for components and subassemblies. This role coordinates cross-functional activities between Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Suppliers to ensure components are sourced competitively, delivered on time, and meet all technical, commercial, and quality requirements. The Project Manager drives supplier development, cost reduction initiatives, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and localization strategies to support business growth and supply chain resilience.

Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules.

Schedule or facilitate project meetings. (Kick-Off meetings)

Lead component sourcing and localization projects from concept through production implementation.

Monitor costs incurred by project staff to identify budget issues.
